    Computer Freezes Using Transform Image, distort, rotate, etc.

    Whenever I attempt to use the transform image tool under Edit in any of its modes (distort,rotate, skew, etc.), my computer locks up. I have reinstalled the program and the tool may function as many as one to three times, but then the freeze problem reappears. Any suggestions?
