Have Office XP on Windows XP and just installed Office SP2 and WinXP SP1. Now Word will not open document files (all were generated in Word 2000), just crashing and offering to send a message to Microsoft to report the problem. Worked fine before SP2. Help!! Nothing on the MS knowledge base....

I have just bought a secondhand Laserjet 111p (for the kids!), but found that the HP website has downloadable manuals only from the Lasertjet 4 series. An Altavista search hasn't found anything - can anyone help me out with an alternative source? Many thanks Rick
