I'm trying to setup a hunt group on an Opt. 11C. The LD 18 part went fine; however now when I go to LD 57 and enter 0 for CUST, I get the following error:
SCH0896 No other user is allowed for an existing high speed link
if I don't enter anything, I get a "null" response is not allowed.
Okay, I'm really new to this and am not sure how to get this to work, so here goes. I have a web form, User Administration. It contains a "search" button, which allows the user to search by first name or last name or both when clicked, depending on what the user has entered...it then populates...
1. Programmed exec's phone to show it's ringing on assistant's phone, but does not display when he's on the phone.
2. What is the code for picking up a ringing phone if you don't know which extension in the office is ringing?

Does anyone know if I can setup a Polycom VoiceStation on our phone system so that it duplicates the features we currently have; i.e., forward, etc. Supposedly the flash button will bring up a submenu.

We've come across an area code (856 - New Jersey) that when dialed, does not prompt for a long distance code. Is this something in our Nortel Meridian Opt 11, or phone company issue?

Executive has direct dial number, if he's on that extension, it rings busy, rather than rolling over to his other extension and forwarding to voicemail
I have an executive and assistant that both have M3904 phones. I set up a key called "voice call" for the assistant to push when she wants to intercom into the boss (it rings once and then she's on the speaker.) A key on his set shows she's calling....and vice versa

I have already disabled the caller ID on the phone when it's ringing; however, if the user has CallPilot Desktop Messaging, the caller ID is showing up in the message store in Outlook. Any ideas on how to stop this? Thanks
We have a Nortel Meridian Opt 11. Is there a load and code I can use to block caller ID on incoming calls for one particular phone? We use Nortel M3901-4 phones.

We just bought three re-furbished M3903 phones. It appears they have been locked with passwords to prevent people from viewing the caller's list. Tried 1234# as the default and could not clear the password request. Was told by distributor to do a load 22 and print the passwords, but...
CallPilot: I added a user this morning and received the above message. Deleted an old user and was able to add the new user. Is there a way to find out in CallPilot what our limit is?

The auto attendant picks up the call, but instead of sending the caller into voicemail (ext. 7666) if they don't make a selection, it's forwarding the calls to a person's extension.
If the operator doesn't pick up the call during the day, it's forwarded to this person's extension as well...

We are eliminating an existing fax machine and want to forward any incoming faxes that use the old number to another fax/500 dn. What is the best way to change handle this in the Nortel Meridian?

Okay, I've tried changing the FDN, SFA and hunt and still can't get this to work.
Extension 1234 is on the phone, we want the call to ring to his assistant at 2345, if she doesn't pickup it goes back to 1234's voicemail.
