    Task Manager damaged?

    I am trying to remove the download.trojan from a clients computer...NASTY little thing! I Control-Alt-Delete and only a single pain of the Task Manager comes up (Win XP)... The only thing I get is the "Application" section of the task manager. It even by-passes the initial "Task Manager Menu"...
