    Setting a phone to ring for incoming calls

    I am having a hell of a time trying to figure out how to make a phone set ring for an incoming external calls, like it is the receptionist phone. What is this called so i can look it up? I have a call pilot 100 and Nortel phone T7316e. thank for all your help! Q

    I have a call pilot 100, with T7316e phones. The receptionist phone is displaying this message: System Setup Time Clear Why is that there? And how do i get rid of it! Anything to help my clueless mind would be appreciated! QT

    CallPilot Manager won't ring back to designated phone.

    I'm trying to setup my Call Center Greetings and the "Voice" won't dial back to the extension that i've set. What am I doing wrong. It will do this sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes you feel like a nut, sometimes you don't!
