    Startalk Flash not responding

    Hi there.. Installed a Startalk flash with 1.9 version software with an existing MICS system, (which has a NAM before but that is now gone) The problem I am getting is that the flash seems to boot up fine but there is no connection between the two systems, none of the FEATURE 9### codes work...

    3x8 Music on Hold not working!!

    Hi all, Installed a 3x8 and the music on hold feature is not working... basically took a headphone output from a CD player and connected that to pair 25 (Violet/Slate) on the bix. Also made sure that Music on Hold=Y in the **config system settings... I'm not sure what else could be going wrong...
