    Notifying when server inaccessible

    Hello, What is the best way to use CIM to poll and notify if a server becomes inaccessible? I just want to be aware if something goes "down" in terms of network connectivity. Or is What's Up Gold a better tool for this? THanks for any help. Steve Mpls
