    Non root javas not compiled

    Using Project/Add Files/Packages, I added a package that has files at its root, and in each level, up to 4 folders deep. When doing a Make or Rebuild, only the javas at the level of the package I included get compiled into classes, even though the rest of the files show in the project pane...
