Modem /w KPPP
I tried using kppp to connect to my ISP but it wouldn't work. The modem would dial but it won't connect. I am using wvdial right now so I think it has something to do with the DNS. Is there anyway/program that I could have it auto-detect a DNS?- CznNt

Volume
my sound card works with a slight modifictation to the modules.conf but when ever i reboot the computer the volume is reset. is there any way that i can save the volume settings for the sound so that it stays the same on reboot? i'm new to linux so it's a bit difficult to figure out. thanks -CznNt- CznNt
