Running a Nortel CS1000 using Verint (Nortel branded version) and need an NES Custom Adapter aka Unify in order to utilize the API to write information from the Verint database to our CRM.
Does anyone have this adapter software. Nortel/Avaya tells me I should have gotten it years ago when I...

Never added key codes before, after looking at other posts not so sure I feel comfortable doing it.
I have the codes on paper and the disk, is it really that tricky to do?
We have an 81c connected to a Nortel Branch office via a PTP T1. All the sets on the Branch Office register back to my signaling server and will fail over to their signaling server if the T1 fails. The problem is the I2004 sets get lots of dead air calls both internally and exteranlly. The...
In call pilot I can do a trunk to trunk transfer from a menu option. But when I try a trunk to trunk transfer in symposium I see the call leave the switch and the external number rings once and I get a message that the call cannot be completed at this time. Whats the differnce in what I'm doing.
I'm limited in Symposium, but as I understand you can route calls based upon time of day correct?
Can you route calls based upon percentage?
Example can I route every fourth call back out to an 800#?
What I want to do is route every fourth call back out based upon time of day.
Has anyone every made calls VoIP calls from their 81 out to the internet? We have some developers who want to try doing broadcast dailing by using our PBX to an internet phone carrier, is this possible?
I have created a I2050 on my 81c and can send and receive calls, but I do not have the the Not Ready button and am also having trouble logging into symposium.
Have logged in once but cant logout.
I didnt see the not ready button as an option when I created the phone set.
I set the firmware on my 3905 now to 8.7 but I still do not see the On Hook Default Path option.
I would like our agents not to have to press a headset button but have it on by default. Is this possible?
My voice session commands are validating but when I run the script they are never envoked. This is what the Nortel documentations suggests
For information about how to ensure
that scripts do not skip over voice processing commands, refer to Chapter 8,
“Troubleshooting,” in the Symposium...
A call comes in and is presented to the agent
The agent takes the call and there is not an answer and the call is immediatly presented to another agent who answers.
This has happend to multiple agents.
Where should I start to look?
We recently got element manager and about 5 min. of training. Does anyone know if I can monitor trunks with element manager, I am curently having to dial into the system to do this?
I have an 81c with a Branch Office VOIP system.
I have executives who have phones at both locations
with differnet DN's. Can I have both DN's go to the same Vocie Mail? And will the FLA. site DN only show MW for that DN and the KY site DN only show MW for KY?
This seems pretty tough!
Does anyone know of any large call centers 400+ seats that use the Nortel Voip solution. I am considering replacing our 81 with a Cisco solution, but Nortel is pushing their product, but havent got any sites that are using their solution.
The elan goes down and right back up and most time the symposium recovers fine but 10% of the time it doesent.
No one can pinpoint why it's doing this. Anyone got a clue?
