Agent Desktop Displays
Anyone had any install problems with ADD? Everything looks ok - but getting debug messages when checking for MS Installer version. Install completes successfully but when run am getting a timeout and 'Cannot get ADD version from server - error on WSDL:XMLParser...' error message. This occurs...- rory1

Intergation with Meridian PBX
Has anyone done successful integration of Call Manager v3.2 with Nortel Meridian PBX? We have done through Checkmate gateways, but was thinking there must be an easy way with ITG and standard Cisco routers to support basic telephony? Ideas?- rory1

Trying to find an identifier that will allow a call to be tracked across Meridians connected on Q931. Automated Dialing
Anyone successfully integrated an automated outbound dialer with Symposium? Currently using Genesys, but therefore need to maintain 2 agent lists and ensure correct agent/skillset/campaign assignments etc. Sooo easy for it all to go wrong!
