cannot create user
hi I am using SOLARIS 8. While logged on as a root , i am trying to create users using admintool. Everything goes fine until I try to create home directory for user. it gives me error like- Home directory is owned by different user. What happens that , later on the users cannot log on to SUN...- hawaca

SUN SOLARIS -8 (sparc) problem
Hi My problem started when I changed the default shell of root to bash. When i locked my machine I cannot logon with the same password I used to use. Then I used the hot-key to boot the machine and at last it shows me that: ! No such user as root- cron tab entries not found .... .... unknown or...- hawaca
