After a server reorganization, a user's document links in Act! still point to the old, no longer valid location. Will she need to manually re-do all of the links, or is there an easier way? I'm pretty sure she's going to have manually re-do them, but I told her I'd check here in this forum.
I'm having the same issue where I have users who lose their Menu toolbar in Act 6.0. The post referenced below had a link to a fix that no longer seems to work, and I'm hoping that Mike Lazarus might be able to point me in the right direction.

Is there a way to turn off the system tray balloon that pops up to notify a user that a document has been sent to a network printer? It seems to bother some of my users, and I've not been able to find anything on Microsoft's site searching for print notification.

My location uses network print servers to establish printer queues. The drivers for the printers reside on the print server.

Is it possible to set up Users with the ability to change the 'Turn Off Monitor' settings? In W2K, as long as the Administrator had changed it to something other than the default of After 20 Minutes, Power Users could also change it. I've not been able to duplicate that in XP with regular Users...
