    Illustrator file permanantly on desktop - WON'T delete

    I've got this weird problem where I had to save an AI file on my desktop and the file freaked out and crashed my computer and now I CANNOT get rid of it. It says it's being used by another program at all times even when nothing is running. It's just sitting there forever. It won't open back up...
