    IIS, XP, and local computer

I Installed IIS on an XPpro machine. In 2000 pro I could just type the computer name and could get the default start page. (doing this for a company homegrown program). With XP pro I get the msn search page. Is there anyway I can specify to look to the local computer first? Thanks Jerry
