    Fonts not working in Word

    Cannot drag and drop files in Windows Explorer

    Have a strange problem in Windows Explorer on a laptop running XP Pro. You can cut and paste files into other folders but cannot drag and drop them. Nothing happens, no error no nothing. Click on refresh and nothing. Have rebooted the laptop and no different. Any clues?!
