IIS 5.1 admin acct can view webpage but not anonymous users.

image redirection?
I have a site that loads content from one page and a banner from another. The banner is about 270k and my free server is capped at 16MB a day. When I reach that cap, the banner doesn't load. Is there any way to load a static image if the banner doesn't load? Thanks in advance. Geoff- javaScripter
