Hi folks, what are your views and experiences of making changes to the master script during opening hours ? For many years now we have always done changes as and when required but know our maintainer suggests releases should really be done prior to opening hours. Now i can sort of see that...
Led to belive that using the fat client (VER4.0) we are limited to 30,000 charcters in the master script but if we access via Web Client (ver 4.05) this is 50,000. Anyone advise if this is correct or we on the wrong path.

I would like to include a counter in a script so i can measure how many times a call has, for example had a message played, so that if it has had it 4 times i can route off somewhere else. Can't for the life in me find what command i would use. I can guess i need a call variable starting at...
