One of our retirement homes has a KX-NS1000. They are having a weird problem. Certain times during the day, callers to their room extensions get a generic greeting (ext. xxxx please leave a message) The rest of the time they get the proper greetings setup by the resident.

We have a Retirement home with a KX-TDE600. The residents have analog KX-T7716 telephones. They would like to know if there is an easier way of answering a second call (call waiting) than having to entering the long code.
We have a school with M7310 telephones in each room. They would like to lock the telephone so the students cannot use them. The teachers would like a code to unlock the telephone to make calls.
Feature 936 is supposed to be the set lock code but we get inactive feature.

I have a customer with a TDA30, 4 digital phones & 2 analog lines from a cable modem that keep locking up. Customer has to disconnect lines from the modem to clear the lines.

I have MICS 2.0 with a Valcom doorphone connected to a trunk port.
Is there a way to have the doorphone ring one extension between 8 am and 4 pm, then have it switch automatically to ring another extension between 4 pm and 8 am?

I have a Startalk Flash version 2.0. When an incoming call is answered by voice mail, all you get is a loud buzz. I have reset the voice mail, but it is still happening. Any ideas?

I have s MICS-XC-4.1 with 1 CLID card, 1 PRI card and 1 6 port combo card. plus 4-0x16 and 2-0x8.
Can I add a 2 port expansion card or do I have add a 6 port card?
I just replace a MICS KSU ver. 30HgM02 with MICS KSU 5.0 XC and now the Star Talk won't come up.
The Star talk Flash is version 1.5, 4 port.
When I connect it back to the original KSU it comes up OK.
Any suggestions?
