upsidedown characters
My brother has a Laptop with XP; after startup when he types most characters come up upsidedown and in smallcase. When using the shift key they invert also. After he uses the on screen display keyboard everything is as it is suppose to be. Where can I begin to look at this problem. This is all...- nutcracker1955
