Our Security dept. forbids the use of SNMP on the WAN but I still need to get some port statistics from my Catalyst 2950's that are in the field.
Is there a way to get these stats without using SNMP or the web interface (CMS) ?

We just installed a stack of pure BPS2000 switches connected to a Nortel router. Since its been up, I keep getting about 20-30 alignment and FCS errors a day from the switch on the router port...
