    Outlook 2000 shuts down by itself

    Hi, One of my users with Windows NT4.0/sp6a and Outlook 2000 has a problem with Outlook. The Outlook will disapear and shut down by itself. I have redone the mail box, MS Office and even the operating system. Anybody has any Idea why? Thanks in advance. Shon-
