    CTA 100 and Windows Vista Errors

    I have a client who has XP on one PC and Windows Vista Home Edition on his other 2 PC's. The CTA 100 Software works fine on XP but I get errors loading the Toolkit on the 2 machines with Windows Vista Home Edition.     System is Staying Maintainence

    We have a Brand New 0 x 32 System that was pre-programmed at our office, shipped to the site and when we installed it and booted it up it stayed in Maintainence. This is an 0 x 32 with 6.0 software?? Does anyone know how to reset the system software without it being able to boot up?
