    Parameter Field

    I have a Parameter field called PeriodID. This is a concatenation of MONYYYY. This is stored in the database as uppercase as JAN2003. If my users enter jan2003 in lower case how can I make sure that it gets converted to Uppercase before it runs the query at the database??? Please Help. Thanks
