Were going to implement Remedy 6.0 with Help Desk 5.5 running on Oracle 9i on a unix server (not sure about flavor yet). We'll have about 300 users (not concurrently) maybe 40-50 concurrently. Any ideas on hardware (cpu, memory, database size)?

Has anybody installed the 3.8 endpoint adpater on an AS400? We had 3.6 working fine for 3 years. We decided to upgrade to 3.8 and have discovered the filtering does not work. Anybody have any experience with this?
