    Freeze Pane in Viewer

    When the viewer is open, you can right click on the first field to freeze column headers. Scrolling now leaves these visible. Is there a way to make this happen by default (no user action)?

    ActiveX Viewer is unable to create its resource objects Error

    We have CR9. We are using it to view reports on the web using the ActiveX viewer. When a new user trys to get a report, the ActiveX viewer is supposed to be downloaded. During the first two weeks this was happening, but now a new user trys to get a report and the viewer is not downloaded...
