    Query to find extensions - trunk side total recorder ?

    I'm just installing a new CLS + logger for a trunk side total recording solution. Is there any way to do a query for an extension? The query works for agents, but not extensions as these don't log on? Thanks.

    CMS V12 Doesn't syncronize with S8700 time?

    Hi, I recently installed a CMS V12 with 1 acd on it and everything worked fine. I just checked the time on the CMS and it is 1 hour infront of the S8700? I've checked the timezone and this is set to WET and checked the /cms/env/clock/clock_diff and set this to Zero. Any CMS guru's out there...

    I am having real trouble getting CDR info regarding Siemans PBX. Basically I need the CDR pin out detail, the CDR baud rate, and the CDR output format for: Hipath 3750 Rel. 3 Hicom 330E Rel. 2.0-8 Hicom 330H Rel 3.0.07 Anybody have any info or manual pointers? Regards.
