    Mer mail backup

    I keep receiving an error when performing a backup. "Error:discard tape and insert a new tape marked number 1". I cleaned the tape drive, same problem. I recently used my install tape so the tape drive should be in working order. Thanks for the help.

    Flexible Service Port

    When I try to add an existing DN to a diffrent phone as a secondary DN I get an error SCH1414. One of the phones the number is on has a CLS FXSP. When I print out the TN's I don't see FXSP in the CLS. Anyone have this problem before?
