    AIX Startup Shutdown Custom apps

    I need to automate the start and stop of my custom apps. I tried putting S99* and K11* scripts in the rc.2 directories. The system shutdown stops everything properly but while coming back up it executed the stop apps scripts again. Any ideas ??

    Oracle 11i and Winrunner

    Has anybody used Winrunner with Oracle Apps. I am doing an upgrade and want to investigate this possibility of cutting down my test period. Do the scripts provided by Oracle work mostly out of the box or do they need to be changed a lot?
