Printer not working
I have got a printer which is failing to print,displaying message "printer offline" and at times "printerhead not installed". Could anyone help me on this issue. The printer is a lexmark printer.- magutso

Could someone help me, I am having problem with my IBM laptop. What happens is it just turns off when it is shaken a bit. Any high vibrations will result in it turning off. may someone help me, I have a got a lexmark printer which is currently failing to print. After installing the printer, when I try to print it displays the message "printer offline" . I checked the printer cable and found that it was okay. What could be the problem?- magutso
