    startup files

    My pc has suddenly started to do more things at startup for no apparent reason. Going to Start, Programs and Start-up, it only shows Microsoft Office and Adobe Gamma Loader. What can I do about this as I don`t kow how to stop these on startup? Also, how do I stop all those programs starting...
