I have a Nortel and Shoretel system tied to each other with a QSIG trunk. The nortel system is told that the operator is a ShoreTel phone by the way.

We have an operator console on our Option 61c that the reception supervisor would like to install a wireless headset on. Is it possible? We ordered a non-amplified plug for the console, but as soon as the current plug is unplugged, the console goes into night mode and it cannot be taken back out...

Our current version of 1.2 has been EOF, so our vendor is suggesting we upgrade to 2.2. My question is, can we do this ourselves, or is there a reason I should pay them $500 to do the install? Is there somewhere I can review the upgrade instructions, or is it pretty straight forward?
