Trying to setup Voicemail to Email on Elitemail LX. I see where the SMTP server goes in Putty but can't find anywhere to put in the SMTP authentication info (username/password). I'm not aware of too many SMTP servers that don't require authentication anymore. Am I missing something?

Have a 2000IVS where SLTs do not ring when called. Previously were no SLTs on the system, but we added a 4LCD. Get dialtone on SLTs and if I answer the phone when it is called the talkpath is there, but the phone/buttset/modem/etc never rings. Did I miss something?
