    adding a direct to vm feature in an AA in Merlin Messagin

    I'm trying to setup an auto attendant in merlin messaging that when someone hits that auto attendant they get a greeting to enter the users extension. Then the user enters the extension the user is transferred directly to to the users mailbox, without ringing their phone. Please help.
