In XP Modem won't work-will not accept the specified driver!!
Hi folks its me again. modem was working fine-installed a new hard drive. Loaded XP home. It recognised my external modem Supra Max 56K 2920- but it will not accept the driver to run it. Can't reload XP home-it says Drive maybe damaged -what can I do?
Hi its me again. i still can't get into Xp home to fix crash problem. I've tried recovery console with Xp boot up disk-chkdsk said some irrecoverable errors. Xp home won't boot- chdisk can't solve problem-its the end!!
Hi I'm in real trouble please help me. I booted up my Xp home edition 2 days a go and chdisk told me i had unreadable/corrupted files. Chdisk eventually repaired system but then when i rebooted next day it was all corrupted again. and now i can't even get into Xp to sort problem out. i fear...- lucien14
