My questions pertain to call information sent out by Norstar over ISDN/PRI service. Per MICS 5.0 & 6.0 Installer Guide, Norstar sends the calling party name based on Business Name and Set Name concatenated together. Remote System Restart of KSU Below 4.0 Release
Is anyone aware of a way to use Remote Set or Browser Tool to remotely restart a Norstar KSU that's older than release 4 (e.g. NA-MICS-DR 3.0, T1 Release 1)?
