    ETRN DIAL-UP. CAN'T SEND IF ISP IS READY TO RECEIVE

    We are running Exchange 5.5 sp4. We are using a dial-up account and are currently using ETRN to send/receive emails. For some reason, if the ISP has mail to send to us, we are unable to send our mail. We are set to dial-out every 30 minutes. Any thoughts???
