Service Pack 6a
Does anyone know how to uninstall Service Pack 6a ? After I unistall it, during the boot, it is still there ! If I try to install Service Pack 3, it tells me that there is a newer version installed. What can I do ?- coralbrazil

Lotus Notes Backup Agent
Some databases (NSF files) are not shown when I click the Plus icon (+) on "Lotus Notes Server"("Source" Tab) in Arcserve. The arcserve version is 6.61 build 834SP2A. The backup agent version is 2. Can anyone help me ? Thanks, CoralBrazil.- coralbrazil

E8602 DBagent error - (101) createfile failed.
I have Windows NT 4.0 (SP6A) with Lotus Notes 4.52. The Acserve version is 6.5 (buid 600) and Lotus Notes Agent is version 2.0. I got the error message: Error E8602 DBagent error - (101) \"Createfile failed\".Can anyone help me ??? Thanks.- coralbrazil
