i have a site that is getting the display messages on the consoles ie B for busy call c for all calls after the CLI
ie 02072463000 to main number B. this is only started happening after one of the consoles had a problem does anyone know if the display message can be turned off

I have recently installed ten ip agents on a customers network and they are having problems with calls cutting off
or one way transmission.The network has not got QOS enabled as the it boys say they do not need it .Has any one got any idea as to the resoen why the calls are failing

I cannot remove a station from a page group or remove it completely because the system comes back with object in use.
When i status the station it shows that it is not in use

I have an Intuity Audix that crashed. We cahnged the motherboard as this was the problem and the system is now up and running but the voice port board is now showing as broken .I have tried another board but it still shows the same has anyone any ideas

definity but i can only log on 5 agents even though in the System customer options screen shows that i have another 16

i have programmed in a speed dial in abbreviated dial group 1 position 06 .The feature access for this group is *1 so to dial the number would be *106 but all i get is a continuous tone .I can dial any other speed dial from the same list.

We've just installed CentreVu CTI software V11.1 (on Win2K) for a Definity R11.
The Tlink initially works but goes down after 5, 10 or 15 mins (varies). Can't find any hardware faults & can still ping switch and PC when link is down.
Only restarting the MAPD or the PC fixes the problem...
