    Serial Port in Intel Solaris 8

    I want to open a connection to a serial device, like modem. I want to be able to talk to the device, just like a HyperTerminal in Windows 98 or a program like Procom Plus. I try the command ttymon, but it does not work. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
