conmngr.exe error message
I have recently installed Procomm 3 on a new computer running Win98 OS. I now recive an error message upon loadig the program that conmngr.exe can not be opened and that all port activity will fail. Might this have something to do with the fact that I am also on DSL, might this be a conflict...- WmLJennings
