I need to add eight digital ISM licenses to a Option 11c.
I have the key-codes from the vendor but need assurance I am not going to screw up the system while trying to add them. Does anyone know the steps?

We use "8" for outside access.
The scenario is the user mistakenly calls 8-1-1 for a long distance call. The call immediatley goes to the local 911 dispatch.
