Application relative path problems

Date Fomat Incorrect for Region
I'm based in the UK where the date format is dd/mm/yyyy. However, when I run response.write (Date)from an asp, get 4/10/2003 for today instead of 10/4/2003. Cannot run vbscript via SQL server job scheduler
I have created a vbscript that basically reads from one text file and writes to another. I have wrapped the script in a .bat file. When I run the .bat from the command prompt, everything works fine.
