I have a customer with a NEC Aspire that uses DID over PRI. Calls come in to extension 301 (virtual extension) and ring on assigned sets. They want it to transfer to off premise answering service after 4 rings. Is that set up in the transfer target area? Any help would be greatly appreciated...
I have an ESI IVX E-Class cabinet but do not have the installer's password.
Does anyone know the procedure and anything special required; ie, software program,

I have a Partner R7 with large PCM voice mail card. Messages left from callers on line 1 are garbled.
I swapped line 1 with line 3. Trouble went away for a while. Now I have the trouble on messages left
on line 3. Is it the processor or the voice mail card?
