    Mbox "Not accepting messages"???

    I've tried to delete and rebuild. Other Mboxes on Call Pilot are getting messages. This Mbox has no messages in it. Is there a "don't accept messages" feature on CP?

    "Cannot continue" message when adding Mbox????

    NAM/////Enter Mbox #, Subscriber, Ext #, COS & after OK I get message "Cannot continue" and exits system??? I can add a mbox of a different # but not 6114. I had a mbox 6114 previously but deleted to rebuild (for new person).

    Calls going to wrong VM box???

    MICS 6.0 w/ NAM 4.1. Line 1 rings on sets 6100/Mbox1000, 6102/mbox6102, 6107/mbox6107, 6110/mbox6110. Gen delivery mbox supposed to pick up on 4 rings however....... What happends is on 4 rings calls end up in mbox 6107??? Bumped 6107 up to 6 rings on no answer and calls then go to ext 6110...

    Unable to LAN Interface w/ Call Pilot

    I am able to connect and communicate w/ the 9 pin cord. But, when I try to connect through Internet Explorer I get messages like "do you want to work off line." I click on Yes but still can't get to the VM log on?? Any ideas of what's up???

    Transferring calls on networked system???

    3 Norstar 6.1's connected by PRI's. All Norstars have copper lines. I can transfer incomming calls fine. However if I MAKE a call out and then try to transfer it to a remote node it doesn't work. Any idea why??
