    Default paper size always Letter

    When installing a network printer the paper size always defaults to Letter. As I am in the UK I want it to be A4.     Unknown Recipient error when recipient is in cc: field

    Senders get an error message back if they send to the recipient as a copyee, (name in the cc field). The error they get back reads "MSEXCH:IMS:<domain>:<mailserver>:<mailserver> 0(000C05A6)Unknown Recipient".
