    How to set up the Artboard for a 24"x36" Poster in Illustrator 9 -

    I managed to set up my Document to 24"X 36", but the Artboard area is still small. I basically see two rectangles one inside the other one. I would appreciate any help with this, I'm sure it must be a very simple thing but I couldn't find the answer! Thank you!
