    Can a tape made under Arcserve 2k be restored......?

    on another server running the Arcserve 6.x engine. Boss needs to write files to tape and send off to Bumkcuf. They are running the earlier rev. and we are not sure if they are compatible. Anybody know for sure??

    ARCserve 6.5 SS Tape Library Option install fails

    The server is HP NetServer running NT 4.0 SP6. Installed Arcserve no problem. Attempted to install Tape Library Options 3 times; never made in beyond the splash screen before the process stops responding. Any ideas??
