    remote tools cliient agent NOT there??

    Does anybody know why in my Site Database - Site Hierarchy - Site - Site Settings - Client Agents, I do NOT have "Remote Tools Client Agent"? Also is there a way I can install it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
