    Monitor "Out of Range"

    Hi, I have a Ibm LCD 17" plugged on a kvm switch. When I'm trying to log on one of those server I have the "Out of Range" error on my screen and the monitor light become amber. I'm pretty sure that the error is caused by the refresh rate but I'm not sure.
